problem deleting bad added user in 9.1.1

Recently we brought up a new test instance of 9.1.1

I neglected to change the token prm.global.brand.defaulthost token and did not have Apache ActiveMQ installed.

I added 2 users and failed to get email. I deleted them.

I installed ActiveMQ, added a user, and failed to get email.

I then (finally) modified prm.global.brand.defaulthost and tried and failed to delete the user.

Error was:

Please press the return button to go back to the previous page.

The other user added successfully after that.

Is my problem strictly due to failure to modify the token or are there underlying software issues? A traceback is attached.

This error was not because of change in tokens.

Btw, you could search existing unconfirmed user, and select and click on "resent verification code" icon in "User List" header bar to resent the verification code.

You do not need to delete and recreate a user just for resending the email.
